Paying Monthly Rent

Monthly rent must be paid on or before the 1st of each month. All rent payments must be paid online.  If you are not moving in the first of the month, we prorate rent for your first month, we do not prorate rent for the last month of your stay.  If you put a Deposit down to hold space for your exclusive occupancy and do not move in, your Deposit is not refundable.
