Move-in Requirements: Payment of both the first month's rent and the security deposit is mandatory before occupying the property. Lease Duration: The initial agreement specifies a minimum term of 3 full months, after which it automatically transitions to a month-to-month renewal cycle. Termination Notice: A 30-day notice is required to successfully terminate the lease agreement. Security Deposit Refund: The security deposit will be returned within 30 days following the lease termination date, minus any deductions for unpaid rent or property damages. Please Note: Any Security Deposit submitted to secure space for your exclusive use is non-refundable should you choose not to move in.
