First Month's Rent, plus Security Deposit due prior to occupancy. Security Deposits less any unpaid rent or damages will be refunded within 30-days of the lease termination date. There is a minimum 3 full month's lease agreement required to start; Thereafter the lease will auto-renew month-to-month with a 30-day notice to terminate.
